These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", "You") and 567pk (the "Platform", "We", "Us", "Operator") governing your access to and use of the online gaming services available at 567pk.cam (the "Site").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 567pk platform — including sports betting, cricket markets, live casino, slots, table games, esports and any other gaming products offered — you unconditionally agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must cease use of the platform immediately.

These Terms are written in English and apply to all users of the 567pk platform regardless of geographic location. Where local law conflicts with these Terms, users must act in accordance with applicable local law.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the 567pk platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, denominated in the account currency (PKR where applicable).
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, virtual game or any other gaming product offered by 567pk.
• "Bonus" means any promotional funds, free spins, free bets or other incentives credited to an Account subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required before withdrawals and at certain account activity thresholds.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency of Pakistan. 567pk may display account balances in PKR for user convenience.
• "Platform" means the 567pk website, mobile browser interface and all associated gaming services available at 567pk.cam.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any jurisdiction from which access to or use of the platform is restricted or prohibited, including where local law prohibits online gambling.
• "RTP" (Return to Player) means the theoretical percentage of staked funds a game is designed to return to players over a statistically significant number of rounds. RTP figures are illustrative and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary process by which a User requests temporary or permanent restriction of their own Account.

To register and maintain an Account with 567pk, the following eligibility requirements must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction or applicable local law, whichever is greater. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. 567pk reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend Accounts pending verification.
• Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one active Account on the 567pk platform. Registering multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Own Name Only: You must register and operate an Account in your own name and on your own behalf. Operating an Account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All registration information provided must be truthful, accurate and current. You must promptly update any information that changes. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Not Excluded: You must not have been previously self-excluded, excluded by the operator, or excluded by any applicable gambling authority in a relevant jurisdiction.

To access betting and gaming services on 567pk, you must complete the registration process by providing the information required on the registration form, including a valid email address, a chosen username and a secure password.

Upon registration, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username and password;
• Restricting access to your device to prevent unauthorized use of your Account;
• Notifying 567pk support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account;
• Accepting full responsibility for all activity occurring under your Account credentials.

567pk will never request your password by email, chat or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

By using the 567pk platform, you agree to the following conditions of use at all times:

The platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. Use of any automated systems, bots, scripts, crawlers or other software to access or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate Account termination and, where applicable, may be reported to the relevant authorities.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 567pk platform:

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing or any conduct intended to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event;
• Money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from unlawful activity;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling or attempting to access the platform's source code;
• Registering or using an Account on behalf of a third party;
• Using VPN, proxy or anonymizing services to circumvent geographic restrictions, where applicable;
• Engaging in any form of abusive, threatening or discriminatory conduct towards support staff or other users.

567pk does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical updates and events outside the Operator's control may temporarily affect availability. 567pk shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability during such periods.

All bets placed on 567pk are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game type. Rules for individual sports — including cricket (PSL, ICC T20, bilateral series), football, tennis, UFC and esports — are published within the relevant product section of the platform.

567pk reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without providing a reason. A bet is only confirmed once a bet reference number has been issued and the stake has been deducted from the Account balance.

All odds are displayed in decimal format. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. Live (in-play) odds fluctuate in real time; the odds at the time of bet confirmation are final. 567pk shall not be liable for errors in displayed odds caused by data feed failures; bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds may be voided.

Bets may be voided in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond the applicable resettlement window, technical errors in odds or market data, or evidence of manipulation of the relevant event. Voided bets are settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned).

All casino games, slot titles and live-dealer games on 567pk are supplied by third-party studios. The RTP percentages displayed alongside game titles are theoretical and illustrative figures provided by the game supplier. Actual individual session outcomes will vary. Results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems.

567pk may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms published at the point of offer, which must be read in conjunction with these Terms.

Bonus funds credited to an Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games and time limit for completion will be specified in the promotion's specific terms. Failing to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to registered Account holders who have completed KYC verification. Promotions may be restricted by geography, product type, deposit method or account status. 567pk reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including, but not limited to, registering multiple accounts, providing false information to qualify, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns solely to meet wagering requirements — constitutes abuse. 567pk reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings and suspend Accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

Users may deposit funds into their 567pk Account using the payment methods displayed in the deposits section of the platform. Payment method availability may vary. Minimum deposit amounts apply and will be shown at the point of deposit. 567pk does not accept deposits from third parties; funds must be deposited from a payment method held in the Account holder's own name.

Payment brands referenced on the 567pk platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are listed for user context only. Their listing does not imply that these providers endorse gambling or that gambling transactions will be processed through all listed methods at all times. Users should verify current available deposit methods via the platform's payments section or support channel.

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits, or other verified methods held in the Account holder's own name. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and may be subject to internal review for fraud prevention purposes.

Account balances may be displayed in PKR for the convenience of Pakistani users. Exchange rates applied to transactions, where relevant, are determined at the time of processing and are subject to prevailing market rates. 567pk is not responsible for currency conversion losses.

An Account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal or betting activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. A dormant Account fee may be applied in accordance with the Operator's dormancy policy, details of which are available from support. Users will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.

567pk is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides a range of player-protection tools accessible from the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly PKR-denominated deposit limits. Limit reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set a maximum amount of net losses permitted within a defined period before betting is suspended for that period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure session duration reminders or hard cutoffs to manage time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request voluntary self-exclusion for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests made via support are honoured immediately. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications may be configured to display session duration and net wagering position.

All content on the 567pk platform — including but not limited to the 567pk brand name, logo, page layouts, written copy, software, graphics, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 567pk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of 567pk.

The 567pk platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. 567pk does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 567pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or inability to use the platform.

Where liability cannot be wholly excluded, 567pk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.

567pk accepts no liability for losses, penalties, fines, legal costs or other consequences arising from a user's failure to comply with applicable local laws, including restrictions on online gambling in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 567pk support. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard betting rules; withdrawable funds will be returned to a verified payment method subject to applicable KYC requirements.

567pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account, and to withhold funds pending investigation, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading registration information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive or criminal activity;
• Suspected underage gambling;
• Compliance with a court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement request;
• Any other reason that 567pk, in its sole discretion, deems sufficient to protect the integrity of the platform or other users.

Upon Account termination, your right to access and use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability and Governing Law — shall continue to apply.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes and claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.

567pk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided to registered Account holders — typically via email notification or an in-platform notice — prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account in accordance with Section 12.1 before the effective date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revisions were made.
